The service, although needing improvement at the reception desk, was convenient for room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The hotel's location in the historic center of Naples was perfect, close to all the main tourist attractions. The dining experience offered various options and was included in the price. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
